At Embroidery Creation, we offer strict quality control measures with our customers’ total satisfaction in mind. Should your digitized design not meet your expectations of quality; standards based on the machine (s) you use; the products on which you intend to run; or even the way you prefer to run your designs, we will edit the digitized design Absolutely FREE (within 1 month upon delivery).

Below are some examples of editing services provided FREE of charge:

1. To improve quality and details of designs
2. To change or add color stops or separations
3. To resize a design within 20%

However, should there be changes to the original purpose or integrity of the digitized design, Editing Fees will apply.
